If you have your electric supply services billed through your local utility, please follow the payment instructions on your bill.

Contact us with any questions about your agreement or billing.

If you’re a large business customer billed by Dynegy and you inadvertently sent your payment to your local utility company, you’ll need to contact the utility to request a refund. The utility can’t transfer the payment directly to Dynegy and you’ll need to pay the amount due to us for your electric supply.

Contact your local utility company for power outages and service problems. They will respond around-the-clock to outages, service calls and emergencies, regardless of your electricity supplier.

Contact our Business Care Team prior to notifying your utility company of your change request. We can help advise you on how changes may affect your supply agreement to avoid any potential breaks in service. We can also coordinate these changes with your local utility.
